Changes Coming to Flight Command

Flight Command

Elf Roger Star has taken charge of North Pole Flight Command.

As new director of Flight Command Elf Roger Star has said his first order of business is to review the organizational structure.

North Pole Flight Command is charged with planning and executing the flight components of Operation Merry Christmas from the North Pole. It is a massive organization with wide ranging duties.

While it is expected that Elf Roger will first name his replacement as International Director of Santa Trackers there are many other changes within Flight Command that are expected.

Over the years, especially the past six years with the growth of the Tracker Elf program, North Pole Flight Command has become the largest department at the North Pole.

Elf Roger has spent many hours with Santa personally discussing not only the growth of the tracker elf program but he has been involved with Santa’s efforts to make that organization of elves operate more smoothly and efficiently.

Last year the Tracker Elf program emerged from pilot program status as an established department operating under the Tracker Department of North Pole Flight Command. Elf Roger is expected to further develop the way tracker elves around the world contribute to Santa’s flight.

So many changes – or upgrades, as Elf Roger likes to call them — are expected in the weeks ahead.

That means lots of opportunity going forward for all elves who work at North Pole Flight Command.

Thank you, Elf Meg. I’m expecting what Elf Roger will change and what he will make a plan for us elves around the world this year. I’m always delighted to do it with you all for Santa!
