Elf Roger Star, Director of North Pole Flight Command, ordered the North Pole Navy to deploy around the world as efforts to find Santa gets underway.

As explained in an announcement this week by Mrs. Claus, many departments at the North Pole are engaged in a training exercise to “find Santa”. Santa has been on walkabout for about a month. Mrs. Claus said the effort will be “a contest” to test the skills of Santa trackers of all kinds at the North Pole.

The North Pole Navy – consisting of the SS Jinglebell, SS Snowball, SS Tannenbaum, SS Donner, SS Eggnog, SS Mistletoe and SS Frosty – have been deployed to different points around the world to be announced later as the effort to find Santa is set up.

“Like all assets at our command the North Pole Navy is equipped to serve but first must be put in place in order to be effective,” said Director Elf Roger Star. “They will spend the next week or so getting in to place so that the effort to find Santa can begin.”

North Pole Flight Command, the North Pole Navy, Reindeer Operations, North Pole Security and the Tracker Elf Community at SantaTrackers.net are all participating in this worldwide effort.

Nobody has heard from Santa since he left. He has a big head start. Some elves are saying that finding Santa will be nearly impossible.

But Mrs. Claus insists that this is a worthwhile effort that will improve elf skills and gathering valuable information that may be useful in an emergency should Santa ever get lost for real.

We will keep you updated.

Thank you, Elf Meg Nogg. Santa shaved his beard and put on a disguise because he didn’t want everyone to notice him there. Nobody has heard yet, but I hope someone knows where Santa is now, even if he doesn’t know. Otherwise sounds like no good security for him. Oh, are we going to be one of them in the future? It’s a very important mission. I pray he is going well and doing safely!
