50 Days Until Santa Launches
There are just 50 days until Santa launches – a very important marker in what we call Operation Merry Christmas at the North Pole.
It is a marker noted by the engineers, flight planners and test pilot personnel running the test flights of Santa’s sleigh. By the time this marker of 50 days arrives the sleigh has to achieve certain benchmarks. We are pleased to report that Santa’s sleigh this year has long ago met those targets and that will 50 days to go before launch the sleigh is well ahead of it’s development plan.
The 50 day marker is also important for the reindeer. Like the sleigh, the reindeer have a readiness level they are trying to meet by the time Santa launches. This is part of the reason why the reindeer games are so important.
In fact, nearly every department at the North Pole is expected to meet certain goals by the time we reach the 50-day marker.
It appears like Operation Merry Christmas and our part in it at North Pole Flight Command is going well so far.
