Urgent Call for More Sleigh Pilots

The Kringle Plan is increasing the number of reindeer and sleighs for Operation Airlift and that is creating a special need that is not easy to fulfill: pilots. North Pole Flight Command has put out a call worldwide for experienced sleigh pilots.

While there are automations that could be built into sleighs they are time consuming to build and actually require a lot more elves at North Pole Flight Command to manage.

It’s easier to just get a human elf to pilot a sleigh than to automate that task.

Piloting a sleigh is actually one of the more difficult skills to learn in all of aviation. It takes years of flight time and schooling to be able to be proficient at flying a sleigh.

That is why there is a scramble right now to find more sleigh pilots. It could be the one thing that slows down the effort of Operation Merry Christmas right now.
