10 Days to Santa's Launch

There are just 10 days until Santa’s launch.

For many elves at North Pole Flight Command this is a very important marker.

Why?

Because it means things are happening right now that are going to affect Santa’s flight on Christmas Eve.

For example, over in the Sleigh Barn, they are building THE actual sleigh that Santa will fly.

The test flights are ending. We announced that just a few days ago. This sleigh has had six different versions in roughly six months that has been flown millions of miles. From all the test flights the engineers know exactly what they want Santa’s actual sleigh to do and how it will do it.

Right now they are building that actual sleigh that Santa will use.

Nearly every engineer and every craftsman in the Sleigh Department are working together to get Santa’s sleigh built. That’s hundreds of elves all coming together to put it together.

By today – the 10-day marker in the countdown to launch – they are supposed to be at a certain point in building Santa’s actual sleigh.

They are ahead of things. Santa’s actual sleigh is almost done. Considering everything else going on at the North Pole this Christmas in terms of being ready, that’s pretty good news.

Santa’s sleigh is ahead of it. It’s MORE than ready.
