Terrible North Pole Weather
Elf Seymour Snow, head elf in the Weather Department at North Pole Flight Command, says the current terrible weather conditions will persist well beyond Santa’s scheduled launch time.
It is not expected that the weather will affect Santa’s launch in any way. Santa’s sleigh has been thoroughly tested in adverse weather conditions and Santa’s A-Team of reindeer are the most professional of all reindeer in the world. It will not take much for Santa to rise above this storm once he takes off.
However, the efforts of Operation Air Lift could be affected. In fact, they have been challenged in getting sleighs off the ground all day due to the weather.
As of this writing, Operation Air Lift is slightly ahead of schedule and Flight Command is hoping to keep it on track despite the weather.
