Test Flights to Be in Sector 5

Test Flights

North Pole Flight Command announces today that the test flights of Santa’s sleigh will be in Sector 5 “for at least a couple of weeks”. This is the second time this year the test flights have visited Sector 5, although the first time around was just for a few days.

The sleigh is now using Version 4. There are 12 total sleighs in the test flight. Flight Engineers said they have entered the phase of testing where sleighs are running around the clock with 3 sleighs performing high level tests during the day and 9 sleigh doing low level testing at night.

That means the chances of seeing a flying sleigh in Sector 5 over the next several weeks is much improved. Flying sleighs are much easier to see at night than they are during the day.

The complete natures of these test flights are not being discuss. But Flight Command did note that the test flights are ahead of schedule and that things are going very well.

We will keep you posted on their progress.
