Test Flights Over Water

In a follow-up to yesterday’s announcement about the North Pole Navy officials in Flight Command today said that for the next “7 or 8 days the test flights will be exclusively over water, for specific performance test purposes”.

Nothing more was said about the test flights and it appears this is routine.

More importantly, officials remained tight-lipped about where the test flights are headed next. With them announcing that flights will remain over water for at least a week they are saying that people living in every sector will not have an opportunity to see them the skies for a while.

Meanwhile, requests are coming in from nearly every Sector’s Regional Tracking Centers so that monitoring equipment can be tested and also so that elves can be trained.

As we learn more of the designation of the test flights of Santa’s sleigh we will update you.

Thank you, Elf Meg! Yes, the rest of the flights were already over water a few days ago, and there was windy weather in the South Atlantic Ocean. I hope they will test well and get the expected result. I always pray that they are working well and are safe. XD
