Test Pilots and Reindeer to Skip Thanksgiving

Test Pilots to Keep Working

Elf Roger Star, Director of North Pole Flight Command, announced today that due to the extreme weather at the North Pole the pilots and reindeer of the test flight team will remain working over the Thanksgiving holiday.

After conferring with Elf Seymour Snow in the Weather Department about the forecast at the North Pole and after meeting with team leaders associated with the Test Flight Team it was determined that the most prudent course was to keep the test flights where they are right now.

Elf Roger did say he presented a plan for “a couple of days off featuring a Thanksgiving feast on board the SS Jinglebell”, a flagship of the North Pole Navy stationed presently near Sector 3 in the North Atlantic. The test pilots graciously declined that idea, opting instead to keep working.

The additional days may move up the rumored early ending of the test flights by a couple of days. According to all sources the test flights are going well and are far ahead of schedule.

We will keep you posted as events change.

Thank you, Elf Meg! How are you all? Do you work as a remort? Please stay warm and safe! Yeah, I also heard that. I was surprised they wanted to continue testing the sleighs. Version 5 is going well, so I wonder if they want to finish the rest as soon as possible. I hope they will celebrate Thanksgiving with their family and friends on a video chat, even briefly. Happy, safe Thanksgiving, and Merry Christmas! XD

I’m so sorry they are missing out on the Thanksgiving feast and spending it with their families. Hopefully they will have time for a makeup feast before Christmas. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and stay warm and safe ❤️
