After the customary naming-of-the-sleigh ceremony, Santa successfully launched from the North Pole in a raging blizzard.
Santa is now officially in the delivery phase of Operation Merry Christmas.
Please follow along via our Santa Tracker Map and via the latest North Pole Radio News at Kringle Radio.
North Pole Flight Command has conferred with the Department of Redundancy Department and it appears all the lists have been checked and double checked. Every Regional Tracking Center, every ship of the North Pole Navy, and every North Pole Department has completed and confirmed – Santa is now cleared for launch.
We expect an on-time launch from the North Pole in about an hour.
Please stay tuned to Kringle Radio for the latest in live news coverage.
Sector 5, covering Central and North America, the most populous sector of believers in the world, has just given the “go for launch” signal. Trackers there will be in the Red Zone.
As the last Sector to authorize the stage is now set for North Pole Flight Command to clear Santa’s final hurdles for launch by completing their own final checklist. This is not expected to be a problem but we will await an official announcement from them at the North Pole Sleigh Port.
