A-Team Reindeer Activated

Santa’s A-Team of reindeer – Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph — have been activated.

That means they have been isolated from all other reindeer and personnel, to protect their health. It also means they are on stand-by for assignment at any moment.

The change of status was communicated to the Reindeer Operations Department.

We would note, however, that there are no orders right now for the Sleigh Department. Just the reindeer.

What mission might await the reindeer has not been announced. However, we note with some sadness that this change in status might affect their ability to participate in the North Pole Thanksgiving Day Elf Parade. It has been rumored that the reindeer have something “special” in mind for the parade this year.

We have no other details we can share with you at this time. Please check back, this is a developing story.
