Tracker Elves number more than 40 million now according to the latest data shared between North Pole Flight Command and SantaTrackers.net.

Last summer Santa set the goal to have 40 million or more Santa tracker elves for the 2020 Christmas flight and that will be blown away. Last year in the five days previous to Christmas nearly 6 million new elves joined the ranks.

Today, December 12th, with the goal now met for the year, some elves here are estimating as many as 10 million more new trackers will come in the final days before Christmas.

The importance of trackers elves cannot be overstated. Santa himself has said many times that he cannot get around the world quickly and safely without their help.

Elves who track Santa for Santa provide critical data to North Pole Flight Command that is then relayed to Santa in real time while in flight on his sleigh. The more tracker elves that Santa has on the ground the better, in fact.

Santa has also organized a Tracker Elf Conference, scheduled for December 13th in the North Pole Chat room at SantaUpdate.com, to help train new trackers in their duties.

Not only are there more tracker elves this year there are more resources made available to them than ever before to give them training, information and breaking news.

Santa has called for a Tracker Elf Conference this Sunday to be held in the North Pole Chat Room at SantaUpdate.com.

The decision was made to hold the conference based on many factors:

  1. Questions Santa is receiving from concerned children all over the world.
  2. Questions North Pole Flight Command is receiving from new tracker elves
  3. Concerns about how Santa will deliver during the pandemic
  4. Questions about how the North Pole works
  5. Concerns about receiving news and direction from Santa

There is a lot of confusion out there about “who” exactly speaks for Santa when he flies around the world. The tracker elf conference will sort all this out and answer those questions.

This is the agenda:

3:00 pm EST – Elf Crash Murphy – The World’s Foremost Santa Tracker (and eye-in-the-sky reporter for North Pole Radio News) will discuss the very basics of tracking Santa for Santa.

3:30 pm EST – Elf Ed Zachary – Famed Santa Defender and Columnist for the North Pole Gazette will talk about Elf on the Shelf and who the really are

4:00 pm EST – Elf Max the Miracle Worker – Lead Tracker Elf Training at SantaTrackers.net will discuss the right Santa tracker to use and other tools for those who Track Santa 4 Santa

4:30 pm EST – Elf Frank Myrrh – News Anchor for North Pole Radio News discusses using radio in Santa tracking efforts

5:00 pm EST – Elf Roger Star – International Director of Santa Trackers will discuss Santa’s flight plan and how sectors work

5:30 pm EST – Our closing speaker is a surprise mystery guest.

We hope to see you there if you are an elf Tracking Santa for Santa.

The test flights of Santa’s sleigh continues over parts of Asia and the Pacific ocean this week. For those following along on the map you will likely see the sleigh heading north in the coming days.

That is because the test pilots and the reindeer will be bringing the sleigh back to the North Pole and will be taking a brief break to celebrate Halloween. The North Pole traditionally celebrated Halloween in a big way. You can likely receive news of that event at the North Pole website.

The break will be very brief.

One of the things being testing right now is the data flow between the sleigh and the new Tracking Santa app.

Testers of the app may see some strange things in the app over the next week or so.

Previous to that Roger served as a designer in the Research and Development Department during the crucial years of 1947-1974, an era known for breakout designs in Santa’s sleigh that broke long standing speed records. Roger was the lead designer of Santa’s 1968 sleigh, famous for surviving a brutal blizzard in Bavaria.

In an announcement released during Christmas in July at the North Pole Santa has set the tracker elf goal for 2020 at 40 million total worldwide.

While this may seem like a high figure we must remember that last Christmas closed with more than 25 million new tracker elves on record. Assuming most of those elves return to duty this year we need to only find 15 million new tracker elves who will track Santa for Santa in 2020.

Given the circumstances of the world in 2020 we do not feel this will be a problem.

New elves are recruited and managed via our sister website, SantaTrackers.net.
