Test Flights to Stay in Sectors 1 and 2

Test Flights

According to flight planners at North Pole Flight Command the test flights of Santa’s sleigh will remain mostly over the skies of Sectors 1 and 2 for the next several weeks.

Weather conditions are varied in this region at this time of year. Forecasts are showing a range of weather options in the coming days and weeks all over southeast Asia in particular.

Sometimes North Pole Flight Command seeks out bad weather. Santa has to fly in all kinds of weather on Christmas Eve. So the sleigh needs to be tested under less than ideal conditions some times.

Do not concern yourself about the dangers presented to the test pilots, reindeer and the sleighs. Every safety precaution is taken. Accidents or bad events in test flight are very rare.

Flight planners expect a shift in the test flight schedule sometime in very early September. You can track the progress and locations of the test flights at this provided map.

We will keep you posted.

Thank you, Elf Meg! Typhoons are made in southeast Asia yearly, but there have not been so many this year. I wonder if the southern hemisphere in Sector 1 has typhoons during December. Santa always works so hard under any weather in one night. I pray the weather on Christmas Eve will be a clear sky! XD
